MILDEW
Types:
Mildews, fungus, algae and other living plant stains.

Problem: Can leave a black, green, blue, orange or white blotchy type stain on stone surfaces.Since this is a ling fungus it can grow and spread at a rapid rate.Usually requires a moist environment to grow, showers etc.

Solution:
1.Clean area thoroughly with a good detergent(Ivory or stone soap)
2.If there is any soap film on a shower wall for example, be sure to remove the soap film by scrapping than wiping with a clean rag and acetone.
3.To remove the mildew spray the area with a solution of 3 parts household bleach one part water and several drops of dish detergent.Continue to mist the area until all the mildew disappears.
4. Rinse the entire area with clean water and dry.
